Callum Dunbar

I worked in construction when I was 14 and quickly realised how important strength is to get the job done, since then I’ve trained consistently and found strength both physically and mentally! I progressed from physical labour the physical sport in rugby, which eventually fuelled my desire for personal training! Since I saw how much training benefitted my life, I wish to share that knowledge and benefit other people’s lives now too! 

I love the way I can switch off all distractions and focus on the workout, it helps centre me when I have such a busy schedule, on top of the physical growth I experience with properly executed training, I’ve found that training brings me a lot of clarity and mental quiet, I can’t express enough how exerting and pushing myself in the gym has helped me throughout life!

I specialise in training for the purpose of muscle building and strength, I’m also very beginner friendly, first time with a coach? No problem at all, we’ll have you confident by the end of session!

My biggest Achievements for myself include a 240kg Deadlift and 130kg bench (+ with plenty more to come) and in terms of being a trainer, I’ve trained people up to shape, up to reaching new PB’s and teaching them plenty along the way.

Adherence is non-negotiable, if you want to make your goals happen you need to stick to the plan, I understand that we’re all human but the closer we stick to the blueprint, the more likely we achieve your goals .

I’m passionate about helping others chase strength and reach their goals because I know the positive impact it’s had on my life, and I truely believe no matter what stage of life we are at, physical activity is the recipe to long lasting one.
