Ella Isacsson
I’ve been in the fitness world my whole life – starting out as a ballerina and gymnast, and officially stepping into the industry as a qualified trainer in 2023.
Because everyone’s body and lifestyle are different, and I enjoy helping people find what works for them. I’m passionate about making training individualised, realistic, and sustainable, so it actually supports their goals, not someone else’s idea of what fitness should look like.
I specialise in women’s strength training, injury rehabilitation, and tailored support for postpartum and menopausal clients.
Graduating with my Exercise Science degree, landing my role at Bodyseek, and building genuine, lasting progress with the women I work with.
Busy women—whether they’re juggling work, motherhood, or new to the gym—who want to feel strong, capable, and supported on their fitness journey.
Because I know how easy it is for women to put their own health last. I’m passionate about creating a space where they feel supported and confident, and where fitness fits into their life.
I have a Bachelor of Exercise Science with a major in Exercise Physiology, Bodyseek’s Level 1 Transformation Coach Certification, I’m a certified personal trainer, and constantly studying more!
Discipline is the highest form of self love.
