  • Hypertrophy Perdioisation
  • Programming

4-5:30pm

  • Training 2 (Hypertrophy – Upper)

Day 2:

8:30-10am: 

  • Training 2 (Fat Loss, Intensification 2)

10-12:30pm:

  • Fat Loss Periodisation
  • Programming

12:30-1:30pm

  • Lunch

1:30-4pm

  • Advanced Nutrition & Supplementation
  • Advanced Nutrition Periodisation
