Mitchell has been training at a high level for over 10 years and has been in the fitness industry since 2014. Mitch’s own training has experience in athlete specific strength & conditioning, Fat-Loss and Muscle Gain. His real passion though is not so much how he can make someone look better BUT how I can make that person feel better. “ when you feel good, you always look good”.
Mitchell’s biggest achievements so far in his short journey was having the opportunity to learn from some of the best teachers from around the globe as he believes knowledge is power.
Mitchell likes the challenge of changing someone’s lifestyle choices for the better. Life is meant to easy and enjoyable, not hard and depressing. So being able to shift their mindset so they too can enjoy the person they would want to be – confident, looking good, feeling great and brain firing on all cylinders. He specialises to tailor a specific plan for his clients, and educate them to stick to the plan, have discipline to follow it the whole way through, so they will live the fulfilled life that they deserve.
