Attend your onboarding and initial nutrition consultation.
Following the 15 minute free phone consultation, if we are "the right fit" you will be booked in for your initial "in-person" consultation - where we will discuss your previous training, & nutrition history, medical history, injuries
STEP 3
1st session: Movement Assesment & Postural Analysis with your new coach Your first session on the gym floor with your designated coach will be a movement testing session and postural analysis, we will find which variations of the main movements that suit you best, start you from where you are and progress you to where you want to be.
