The team at bodyseek Personal Training are all passionate about what we do and lifelong learners, when the average PT in the industry struggles to attend more than four continuing education seminars in a year, we do 10!

James Aquilina

I have been working in the industry for 3 and a half years. Started training in the gym when I was 17, so about 10 years. Started playing sport at a young age, so fitness has been apart of my life for most of it.

I love helping people better themselves, both physically and mentally. Really enjoy seeing a person’s mentality change when it comes to training and living a healthy lifestyle. Playing sport from a young age, I become curious about how to become fitter and stronger to become a better player/ athlete. This turned into a passionate for fitness, which led to studying. I wanted to make myself better and help other people achieve their goals as well.

Strength training for muscle growth and weight loss.

Winning Rookie of the Year while working as a Personal Trainer.

Someone who is eager to learn what it takes to become the best version of themselves. They’ll follow the plan that is laid out for them and most importantly they’ll follow the stuff that needs to be done outside of the gym, the eating, good habits etc. My ideal client would be someone looking to lose weight, because when they see results I can see the positive effect it has on them. It is very rewarding seeing a person change and become healthy individuals.

Because I like to educate clients so they can see and understand why we are doing certain things. I feel if a clients understand what’s happening they’ll buy in even more to the plan. For my why on a weight loss client. I feel like these clients we can make such a huge difference in their lives. From making them healthier, feeling better, looking better, being more confident. We can have such in impact on them.
